100 year old Carriage House Renovation

Scope of Work: The main floor was completely gutted to create a new layout of rooms: kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room, pantry, entry and utility room. All new finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, built-in dining nook bench, heated tile bathroom floors, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Second floor got a new staircase with steps and railing to code covered in a Berber carpet. The bathroom got new fixtures, soaker tub, built-in cupboards and a herringbone in-floor heated tile floor.
New Panelized House Constructed

Scope of Work: Nielsen General Contracting was hired to frame this new home for a client whose design incorporated the services Atlas Structural Systems wall panels and roof trusses. Once sill plates were installed, our team went to work assembling the exterior and interior walls along with the roof framing for this lovely 3 bedroom house and attached garage.
Nottingham Street Residence

Scope of Work: older bungalow re-frame, insulate and finish basement storage and utility room with custom shelving, rebuild stairwell and stair case to bring stairs up to code, new kitchenette and bathroom, new flooring and baseboard throughout, ceramic tile, new paint, new drop ceiling, lighting, etc.
Toole Court Residence

Scope of Work: family of 7 purchased a large new 2 storey home with an unfinished basement with the exception of one bedroom. We added a bathroom, second bedroom, rec-room, closets and utility room to the basement. New framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, doors, trim, custom closet shelves, paint, and lighting. Also added carpet to basement stairway and painted main floor entry and second floor hallway.
Gibson Street Residence

Scope of Work: older bungalow with a basement used for storage mostly and a roughed-in laundry area. We framed-in, insulated and re-plumbed for a bathroom and laundry room. Added a lift-station, new sub-floor and flooring, tub/shower, toilet, laundry sink, pocket door and cabinetry.
Barton Cresent Residence

Scope of Work: repeat client first added new bathroom/laundry room to partially finished basement w/newly insulated exterior walls, new flooring, trim and wall finishes, 4pcs tub/shower, exhaust fan, vanity, toilet, laundry sink, electrical panel enclosure, etc. Second project remodeled main floor bathroom with new drop-in tub, ceramic tile surround, vanity, toilet, bidet, wall heater, flooring, trim, paint and lighting.
Beechwood Cresent Residence

Liverpool Street Residence (Decks)

Scope of Work: This client wanted to give their retired veteran father the freedom of movement since a fall down an exterior set of stairs broke an ankle and brought about the use of a wheeled walker. The previous front entry was too difficult to navigate so a new deck with a ramp was installed featuring composite decking, black iron balusters and a closed-in skirting.

Scope of Work: a second story apartment added a deck which required the switching out of a window for a sliding patio door. The deck itself was closed in with a roof, lattice for privacy and screening to keep the mosquitos out.

Scope of Work: a feature wall in a new home with fireplace, wall-mounted TV, barn-beam mantal, floating shelves and shiplap wall finish.

Scope of Work:new custom pantry cupboards for a new pantry space in a new home. Client provided a general basic idea for what needed to be accommodated in the pantry space with the dimensions of the appliances and the result was an efficient and functional set of shelves and counter space.
Edgewood Drive Residence

Scope of Work: client wanted to add a bedroom to their basement living space that required a proper egress window to be installed to meet code safety requirements. The old basement window was removed and the window opening in the concrete foundation was cut to accommodate the larger window and a window well and drainage was installed to the weeping tile.
